Villa 9 is a new villa that boasts lovely sea views. Walking is on the flat, so getting to the beaches and local shops is easy. There is also a regular bus service close to the villa that goes into town should you wish to find more shops, beaches and restaurants.

Villa 9 is within easy walking distance of the sea, the shops and restaurants at the fabulous Marina Rubicon, local supermarkets and bars. It is in a slightly elevated position overlooking the marina, and across the sea to Fuerteventura. Although a hire car would be a good idea, it isn’t necessary as there are regular buses between Playa Blanca / the airport / Arrecife and there is a local bus stop located conveniently close by. There is also an e-scooter pick-up/drop-off point within a few yards of the villa. The lovely town of Playa Blanca, with its fantastic shops, restaurants, bars and beach-front promenade is less than a mile away to the west, and the stunning beaches at Papagayo (renowned as the best in Lanzarote) are a similar distance away in the other direction.
The villa itself is modern (completed in 2019) and very well appointed. The outside terrace is tiled and subtly planted with trees and shrubs. There is a private gated parking area, leading to a south/west facing pool and sunbathing area with sea views. The private pool is heated in the cooler months and surrounded by lava stone tiles. Away from the pool is a dining and BBQ area, with shaded pergola (late 2021).
Leading off the exterior dining area are patio doors through into the bright and very tastefully furnished interior spaces. There is an air-conditioned modern living-room with a large comfortable sofa and wall-mounted flat screen satellite TV (with English channels, with full sports and cinema packages). Leading off the living room there is a stunning modern dining room with wrap-around sliding windows (with mountain views), a fully tiled downstairs shower/wc room and a well-appointed kitchen with stone worktops, microwave, double oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Leading off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and storage units.
A polished stone staircase leads up, firstly, to a magnificent TV room. The wrap-around sliding windows afford exceptional triple-aspect views out towards the sea and mountains. The room has a sofa-bed providing further sleeping facilities if required. The upstairs landing leads to two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms: A master bedroom with double bed and large built-in sliding wardrobe, and a twin room with large built-in sliding wardrobe and writing desk. There is a fully tiled modern shower/wc room between the two bedrooms.
