Welcome to Casa 56, El Palomar, Playa Blanca,

Casa 56 is a traditional Spanish Villa with a twist. Boasting many traditional features it also benefits from all of the modern day facilities. The Villa has recently been refreshed throughout giving it a light and spacious feel whilst keeping in tone of its charm.

Bedrooms

The Villa offers 3 bedrooms, two of which are doubles and the third containing a double and single bed. Ideal for families. The villa accommodates up to 7 people.

The main family bathroom has a large walk-in shower, basin and sink. There is a separate Toilet available. 

All Linen and towels are all provided.

Indoors

The villa has a comfortable and spacious living room with comfortable sofas. For your entertainment the latest media entertainment system is available. The TV package includes all English, German and French channels.

The dining room is adjacent to the living room through an alcove.

Outdoors

The Villa is set on a generous sized plot and is completely private. The heated swimming pool is situated to the rear of the property surrounded with a terrace. There is a built in BBQ for alfresco dining for those warm sultry Lanzarote evenings.

The Gardens are beautifully landscaped with ample sun loungers.

Location and Local Attractions

The nearest beaches are situated in town approximately 15 minutes walk or a short taxi journey away from the villa.

If you wish to take a trip over to Fuerteventura or Los Lobos the neighbouring islands there is a ferry port in town. The ferrys leave several times throughout the day.

The exclusive Playa Blanca marina has an impressive promenade of international restaurants, and bars. There is also a fine selection of designer boutiques.

The local town also have plenty of Restaurants, bars and shops to choose from.
